Instant BlackBerry MSL / SPC Code

Have you purchased a SIM Unlocked BlackBerry and need the “ACTIVATION REQUIRED” removed from the homescreen?
Have you noticed that Caller ID isn’t working as it should on your unlocked CDMA/GSM hybrid device?

All we need is the ESN DEC from the BlackBerry  (On the device, go to Options > Status… ), and the network the phone was locked to originally.

What this code does:

The MSL code is used to gain access to the CDMA Service Edit Screen on the BlackBerry. Once in the Service Edit Screen, simply replace the top line with YOUR cell phone number, hit the menu key and choose save. Once the device reboots, “ACTIVATION REQUIRED” will be removed and your GSM Carrier will appear!
